20 days refinement:: in stainless steel tank

REMARKS OF DEGUSTATION
Aspect: clear straw yellow with light touches of green
Olfaction: green fruit, light citrus fruit tastes, white spring blossoms
Palate: fresh, full and harmonic, delicate perception of the alcohol
Service temperature: 8-10°C
Combination: small appetizers, fish dishes, seafood and white meat, truffle dishes
